Day Twelve: Cone-oli

Food Network Magazine featured Cone-oli in their most recent issue. It's a take on the traditional cannoli, but instead of putting your filling into the cannoli shell, you put it in a sugar cone. Easy breezy. I've been looking for an opportunity to try it out, and tonight's Mav's watching party spaghetti dinner with Nick and Jen proved to be the perfect set up.

To prepare, drain the ricotta over a bowl for 30 minutes.

Add your fillings. Put ricotta mixture into a ziplock. Cut the corner for piping.

Stuff your shells and garnish with pistachios.

Day Twelve: creating a fun new dessert!
