Cassady Brief: Blueberry Hill Farms

The best blueberries on earth. For sure.

Today was our annual trip to Edom for the Blueberry Hill Farms with the Green's. This is the third time we have picked berries together - and, by far, the best trip. Maybe it was the mild/non-existent winter or the tons of rains we've been lucky enough to receive? For whatever reason, the berries were awesome today. They were big, fat, blue, and easy to pick. We had a great trip - very successful.

Picking from his stroller - didn't last long...

We started out with W in the stroller for management purposes. He filled up the bottom of the basket with berries (no pink- only blue). He was a good little picker.

But as the morning progressed, he ate every single thing that he picked (thief!!!).

We then let him out of the stroller so that he could pick freely. He did such a great job pulling the berries. He was very serious and concentrated a great deal. He was precious to watch. And obviously, sweaty.

After we purchased the whole country store from blueberry pie to blueberry lemonade to blueberry preserves, we headed over to Gabby and Pop Pops' pool to cool off.
